Welcome to our cozy little tiny house retreat—freshly updated, full of character, and designed to feel like your home-away-from-home while you explore Saint John. Whether you’re here for work, a weekend getaway, or a longer stay, we hope the space feels welcoming, easygoing, and just a little bit magical.

The layout is flexible and works well for solo travellers, professionals, couples, small families, or close friends. The bedroom features a comfy double bed tucked away at the back of the house, while the cozy den offers a day/twin bed perfect for reading, napping, or curling up after a day out exploring. (A small note: you do walk through the den to reach the bedroom.) In the living room, the large L-shaped sofa transforms into a pullout bed for extra sleeping space.

We’ve recently given the tiny house a thoughtful refresh, including a fully renovated kitchenette and dining space, fresh paint throughout, and plenty of little touches to make your stay comfortable. The kitchen doesn't have a stove but has airfryer, hotplate, microwave and countertop dishwasher and is well stocked with cookware, dishes, and essentials for everything from quick breakfasts to cozy homemade dinners—and there’s even a built-in filtered water tap for your tea kettle or water bottle adventures.

The open plan living room is made for unwinding, with an electric fireplace, smart TV, and L shaped sofa bed.

Like many older Saint John homes, this little house has its own personality and a few charming quirks that come with age and history. It’s not cookie-cutter—and we think that’s part of what makes it special.

One of the nicest surprises? The tiny house has no shared walls with the main house and no neighbours above or below, giving you a peaceful, private stay.

We’re continuing to add thoughtful upgrades over time as we lovingly improve the space bit by bit.

To help keep things restful and comfortable for everyone, parties and loud music aren’t permitted.

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Seventy-five percent (75.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 10 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 2 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 2 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued. Grace period with free cancellation (no cancellation fees or partial refunds possible) for 48 hours after booking if arrival is at least 48 hours away at time of booking.
